Returns and Refunds Policy

We are entitled to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if the item(s) are faulty or if the delivered item(s) differ from what you ordered.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, but if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, we can offer an exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging intact.

We take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, if you find that a product is faulty or we have delivered something different from what you ordered, you may return the product and opt for a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund. Proof of purchase (such as the invoice, credit card statement, or other payment proof) will be required when making a return.

Returns must be made within 10 DAYS from the date the product was delivered.

 The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
